Complaints / Concerns
Whilst we constantly strive to provide a friendly and efficient service, we realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. We would like to hear from you if you have any difficulties, or suggestions as to how we can improve our service, please contact the nursery manager or by contacting Ruth Rimmer who is the setting Manager or Hannah Lewis who is the setting Parent Partnership Co-ordinator. All complaints no matter how large or small will be dealt with immediately and every attempt will be made to find a resolution. All complaints will be resolved within 28 days, in writing, where applicable.

Fee’s and Sessions:

Moring session: 8.45am – 11.45am
Afternoon Session: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Full day care: 8am – 3.30pm

Additional childcare can be purchased in the form of:

Breakfast clubs 8.00 – 8.45
After-school clubs 3.30 – 5.00

Fee’s are £4.50 per hour this includes snack and drinks will be made available to the child throughout your child’s session. All children must bring a packed lunch from home if they attend over the lunch time period and nappies will be provided by us which are all included within the hourly fee. Payments can be made by cash or by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron (via card machine on premises), in advance please. We also accept child care vouchers.

Credit Cards

Our Nursery is open 38 weeks a year from 8am to 5.00pm. We are closed two weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and two week in Summer (August).
